Shipping

All Kerr Card Studio greetings cards are made to order and carefully packaged before being dispatched. Most of our designs can be personalised, although customers may choose to order without personalisation where available.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order. We recommend allowing plenty of time when ordering cards for a specific date or occasion.

Delivery options

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

• Free Standard Delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class
• First Class Upgrade – Royal Mail 1st Class
• Tracked Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24

Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery is free on orders of £20 or more.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. While we will always dispatch orders within our stated processing time wherever possible, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and delays may occasionally occur once an order is with Royal Mail.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at kerrcardstudio@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.

For untracked Royal Mail services, please allow the timeframe required by Royal Mail before an item can be treated as lost. Royal Mail currently considers loss claims for most 1st and 2nd Class items once 10 working days have passed after the due delivery date. 

Delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
